This week is about endurance. How long can you do something? I would like you to challenge yourself, go that extra mile, or do 10 more pushups. Pick a nice pace that you can run or ride at and go for as long as you can. You should feel like you cannot do anything else, once you hit that stage try doing 5 more. Do the same thing with jumping jacks, pushups, situps, wall sits and plank. We are pushing beyond the normal routine.
Reminder this weekend is the grand opening of the high trestle bridge. I am starting out in Ankeny after the 9:00 am class. Everyone is welcome to join me.
