Jon's Weekly Challenge

Check in every week to get your weekly fitness challenge from Jon. Jon is a Group Exercise Instructer and Wellness Coach here at the Northwest YMCA. He has a passion for fitness and for sharing his passion with others. Are you up for taking on Jon's Challenge?
This week, we are working on speed. Run outside when you can, sprint a block then walk a block. Do this at least ten times. If you are on a treadmill sprint for 1 mile. Try to hit 19 or above for speed.
Hope everyone is enjoying the nice weather. Its a great time to start getting the yard cleaned up, or getting the ground ready for a garden. Please remember to put on sun screen when working outside.
