This week, we are working on speed. Run outside when you can, sprint a block then walk a block. Do this at least ten times. If you are on a treadmill sprint for 1 mile. Try to hit 19 or above for speed.Hope everyone is enjoying the nice weather. Its a great time to start getting the yard cleaned up, or getting the ground ready for a garden. Please remember to put on sun screen when working outside.-Jon
