Running Weather
After being cooped up indoors all winter, it is time to get out there and enjoy the fresh air. Running outdoors is not only a great way to burn calories, it also boosts your spirits. Something about being out there working up a sweat, listening to the birds, and feeling the breeze in your face just makes you feel good. Go out and give it a try. We have scheduled specific times at the NW Y where you can bring your children to Child Watch while you go for a run. Not only do you have a chance to run outdoors while your children play safely with thier friends in Child Watch, you also get to meet up with your friends and share advice, tips, and motivation about running. Join us 6:30pm-7:30pm on Wednesday nights or 8:30am-9:30am on Thursday mornings.
