Weekly Recipe

Garlic Chicken & Broccoli


35 Minutes to Prepare and Cook

Ingredients
2 Chicken breast, no skin, no bones
1 10 oz pkg frozen, Broccoli, chopped
2 tbsp Lite Soy Sauce
garlic, one clove
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions
Sautee garlic in Soy sauce. Add Chicken breast, either whole or chopped in 1" pieces to skillet. When Chicken is slightly browned add frozen broccoli, cover and simmer until broccoli is tender.
Uncover and top with Mozzarella Cheese. When cheese is melted.....enjoy.
