The recipe this week is to visit Terry at the Fareway Meat Department and get a nice lean piece of meat for grilling. They have great chicken, turkey, beef and pork. They will trim the fat, debone or pull the skin off. Grilling removes part of the fat from the meat and therefore creates a healthier meal. Try grilling some vegetables also.Use a grilling basket or create an aluminum foil bag and heat your veggies on the top shelf while your meat cooks. Did you know that you can grill Sweet Corn? Just soak the corn in water with the husk on before placing it on the grill.
